I run projects in the DACH region and make sure the client gets results within the agreed timeline.
Behind every project stands our team of specialists — development, design, DevOps — whom we bring in for the specific task. We have an engineering background, so decisions are made on the merits.
We work mostly in written form and keep detailed documentation for every stage: tasks, decisions and processes are recorded and always available. At any moment you can see what's done, what's in progress and why particular decisions were made — nothing gets lost in verbal agreements.
